  • Original tags, labels, seals, and packaging must be intact and not removed.

  • The product should not show signs of damage, misuse, or alteration.

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Products with removed or tampered tags/labels


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be credited directly to your bank account provided by you.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the product passes quality inspection.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If you wish to receive a replacement, you are required to place a new order separately.

  • After you receive the replacement product, the refund for the old order will be processed and credited to your bank account.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted, and the order will fall under the return policy.
