6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM are generally dispatched the same day; orders placed after 11:00 AM are dispatched the next working day.

  • Order processing time: 1–2 working days.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days.

  • Free shipping is available across India.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • We offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

  • To initiate a return or refund, customers must email support@urbankart.com with:

    • Name

    • Product name

    • Order ID

    • Bank details for refund processing

  • Refunds are credited directly to the customer’s bank account.

  • For replacements, customers are required to place a new order; the refund for the previous order will be processed separately.

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
